Come whatever, we will still be freinds forever

My blog posts are not stuff about what I do everyday (unless I am very bored), but more about stuff that I would want to remember so I can visit this blog like ten twenty years down the road and think 'So this is how I grew up...' :D

Anyways, this is about Tunku Kurshiah College and its nice people.

I am not doing a thorough run-through, just don't feel like doing so.

My buddy is really really super cute! OMG! You should just see her smile. Awww. Btw, I am not crushing on her, just think she is too cute for words thats all.

I felt quite bad when she gave me this big package of batik cloth thingy and I gave her back a measly small card in return. The cloth thingy is really pretty, though I have yet to find a use for it. And I saw her taking out my card to read under the table while we were having lunch. Heehee. So cute :p

There were some rather awkward silences between us, but they generally went away as we got to know each other better :) And I think I was quite un-enthu about taking pics >.< and the informal poses are quite weird. There was one like she had her arm round my waist and I was doing the 'cheese' pose. Ah wells. Added her on FB alr :D

They are not allowed to have handphones. As in, not at all. And their rules are like super strict and they are under stress and pressure every day :( Aw man. But they seem to be coping rather well :)

I should just appreciate my life more. I think I am quite lucky. :D

They will be in a separate post.

CONVINCING PPL TO BE THE BRIDE (i convinced grace ok?)
WAVING LIKE SIAO FROM THE BUS (yes, even to the security guard)

Spin but don't get dizzy

Ah this shall be a real quick one. Leaving for RSP trip to Malaysia tmr early morning. Yep, reach sch by 6. Gotta wake up at like 5.

can't go for company outing.

Double sigh.

At least half the platoon cant go already.

And my mom has forbidden me to go for dragon boating cause I only reach Singapore Thursday night. WT.

I think I like SNSD now. After watching their horror movie factory episodes, they somehow feel more human and I really like the bond between each and every member. A bit like us really. :p There is this fan channel that calls them 'the power of 9'. We are thpowerof10 and part as'11 have 9 ppl. Really cool huh?

NCOs' outing was quite successful I guess, except for the fact that only 2 of them came. :(

Nowadays, I find part as really hyper but quite cute, and sec 4s really cool. As for sec 3s, I seem to have no feeling whatsoever for them. Which is really weird, since during the ATC period I had like this huge sense of admiration for them. Now, nothing. I really wonder why. But ORD is looming closer, with the temp NCOs and sec 3s taking over...

Now I'm ranting. Whenever I start blogging, I can't seem to stop. It just feels good to let some of those bottled up feelings out. On the other hand, I cant write too freely either unless I privatise. Which, I really dont want to. Ah, here I go again. Shall not get to the topic of s****ing.

Bye for now.

"You know you are dancing when tears of pain and happiness blend in with your sweat"

Yup, this post is going to be about ballet. At least, my side of ballet.

Today's lesson we did pointe for most part of it. I think I am falling in love with pointe. That arch of the foot, that tightening of calf muscles, that straightening of legs until it forms a concave shape, that sucking in of stomach and butt. That running en pointe, that marching en pointe, that carpentering en pointe. Awesome, really awesome, simply awesome. En pointe, you concentrate so hard on it that you fall into this blissful world where all troubles are gone. En pointe, you feel so light that your toes can support your whole body weight.

However, the aftermaths are of course not so enjoyable. Now my arch hurts, my muscles hurt, my joints hurt, my toes hurt. My body hurts. But I think I will still gladly step en pointe now and fall back into that blissful world.

My pirouettes suck. Really suck. And it is just a single one on rise. I can't effing do double one! I really really really need to work harder on that.

Moving on to the topic of flexibility. Sure, I can do a split, but thats about it. My back can't 'crack', I can't walk my hands to the back between my legs, I can't put my palms completely on the floor in front of my feet. Hell, my back is weak. And I can't do a scorpion on my own.

I am rather disappointed by my current standard in ballet. Is it because it now requires real technique? Real talent? No more memorising a bunch of steps and simply executing them? No more going through a lesson without a single drop of sweat?

Girls look at ballet and see pretty tutus.
Boys look at ballet and see people walking on their toes.
Women look at ballet and see skinny people.
Men look at ballet and see low-cut costumes.

So, you see how everyone likes ballet?

The company CIP that wasn't really

Now that I have got the previous post behind me, the company CIP that wasn't really! Why not? Because sec 4s didn't turn up, sec 3s were having SPECS, platoonmates backed out and only 3 part as came. According to MinYi, SSG Kar Mun said that although it wasn't really a company CIP anymore, we should still expect to see seniors and juniors there. And guess how many seniors we saw? Yup, zero, zip, zilch. Haiz, cheat our feelings. Most platoonmates said they were free at first, the one by one backed out because of various reasons:( In the end only left MinYi and I, and neither of us wanted to go if the other wasnt going. But because we were the ones who had proposed it in the first place, we decided to go. Ah wells, at least part as bothered to come. :D Part A Aricco, Part A Syahirah and Part A Syazwani. :D

Met MinYi at Somerset MRT at 9.45. Went to the tap card place and saw 2 part as. They burst out laughing when they saw us. Hmm. Then we went to the place where UGA closing ceremony was held (I forgot the name). Saw no short girl with short hair and harry potter specs. Went outside Cathay and saw 3 part as this time. They burst out laughing again. HMMM. We randomly walked around to see if we could find that person. Part as randomly followed us around. Then we called the person (MinYi bloody memorised the number). At first, she wanted us to go Clarke Quay to help her carry the box because it was too heavy. Then she said wait for her for half an hour. Telling this piece of information to part as was quite funny. No idea why, it just seemed amusing. And part as didn't even hear us the first time round. We were like walking away when they ran up and said "Um sec2s, permission to ask what you said just now", in tiam position. I just felt like laughing, although it wasn't really that funny.

Sort of window-shopped cuz all the shops weren't open yet. Part as stalked us I think, at least until we 'disappeared' to the topmost storey. teehee. Went to the place where we had 'platoon talk' to have another 'platoon talk'. Hah, the first one consisted of three people and the second, two. Epic much?

Went outside cathay and this group of rgs ppl asked us whether we were doing cip and told us to go 'there'. And so we went 'there'. MinYi said is was the correct grp so we signed up. Went to look for part as and used sign language to tell them to go 'there'. The sign language was actually just pointing in this vague direction. :p Then part as came to look for us to ask us whether it REALLY was the correct grp. We thought it was. UNTIL *dum dum dum dum* the person called me back to ask us where we were because she had already arrived. Then we realised it was the wrong group. Haiz. But we thought of a genius idea. Do with the first group until lunch, then do with the second group after lunch! :D went to tell part as.But then they didnt know where 'the place outside the UGA closing ceremony' was. So we decided we will pick them up. I was feeling kind and wanted to give them our numbers but MinYi had this weird expression and didnt want to... Well, there is a chance we may become their future NCOs.

So, CIP (balloons) was the usual and lunch was the usual (KFC!) and the other CIP (grape-flavoured Stickies) was also the usual. These things tend to get boring when you have been doing them since last year. One exciting part was when this China tourist donated a 100 bucks because he thought that MinYi spoke Mandarin really well. :D

When we were leaving, I still felt kind and wanted to say bye to part as. But MinYi wasnt feeling kind. So I said 'Bye part as!' while we were walking off. Then there was this mouse-like 'byes twos!' that both MinYi and I heard. We burst out laughing because it sounded really high-pitched. I sort of got lost while looking for the bus stop. While like this super big round before finding this busstop that had my bus in my direction. I boarded it and was super pissed to find that it had a stop right outside cathay. Pffft.

Right, I have sort of gotton over my Harry Potter craze, so maybe the posts will only come if I get crazy over the movie. Oh, and the one about sec 4s will be coming soon!

No,my blog is not dead

I havent been posting for the past few days because something terrible happened on Monday. I knew that if I opened Blogger, I would start posting about that incident and all the terrible memories will come back. Of course, most of those memories are not really mine, they are Shu Ying's. (I sound like I have Dumbledore's pensive or something. -.-)

Anyway, I will try to forget about that and get on with life. All I want to say is 'All the best!' and hope that that person can hear it.

Those muscles are nicer when they are not hurting

Leg muscles are super sore. Stood from morning to night. :( Did CIP at Jurong east library today. Basically just hung around playing games like monopoly and dance dance revolution. Entertained the few people who showed interest in playing. There was this GUY, about 14-16 years old. His voice was like really super low. Couldnt understand most of what he was saying. A bit like us when we time or command, except more muffled. Aish, I tell you it is not normal for a girl to go so low and loud. -.-

I saw Min Yi while walking to the MRT. At least I think it was her. There was this wave of shock when I sort of recognised her. I have no idea why, probably just surprised plus her face was expressionless, looking dao and fierce. I keep telling her, I pity her future- part and children. Teehee.

Went to redhill again because of GSS. Bought quite a lot of things for ME :D. But my mum refused to buy this pair of white shorts and another greyish high-waisted skirt. :( ah wells, still got quite a lot of nice stuff <3

Ballet exhausted my muscles even more... Stretching was as per usual, but today was harder for me because I was already super tired. And my pirouettes still suck >.<

Watching guess on channel u now. There are 3 guys, and 1 one them is actually a girl. Supposed to guess which one. Obviously my guess was wrong. I thought it was the small-faced and thin-legs person. turned out it was the one whom I thought was most man. She has no chest not figure for goodness sake, but it may had just been the clever use of a suede jacket. This shows how good was guessing skills are...

This is super duper nice < 3

An empty street
An empty house
A hole inside my heart
I’m all alone
The rooms are getting smaller
I wonder how
I wonder why
I wonder where they are
The days we had
The songs we sang together
Oh yeah
And all my love
We’re holding on forever
Reaching for the love that seems so far

So I say it in a breath
Hope my dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue
To see you once again my love
All the seas go coast to coast
Find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green
To see you once again my love

I tried to read
I go to work
I’m laughing with my friends
But I can’t stop
To keep myself from thinking

Oh no
I wonder how
I wonder why
I wonder where they are
The days we had
The songs we sang together
Oh yeah
And all my love
We’re holding on forever
Reaching for the love that seems so far

So I say it in a breath
Hope my dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue
To see you once again my love
All the seas go coast to coast
Find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green
To see you once again

To hold you in my arms
To promise you my love
To tell you from my heart
You’re all I’m thinking of
Reaching for the love that seems so far

So …So I say it in a breath
Hope my dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue
To see you once again my love
All the seas go coast to coast
Find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green
To see you once again my love
See you in a prayer
Dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue
To see you once again my love
All the seas go coast to coast
Find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green
To see you once again my love

I love this to bits

It will have to be MAGICAL, won't it

MAGICAL. Emma Watson (aka Hermione Granger)'s one word to describe the Harry Potter series. And I totally agree.

Can't wait for the last part of the movie. But its so sad that the whole thing is going to end. I think Harry Potter books are like my favourite books. From the time I first picked it up in primary 4 to now. Read and reread it countless of times, plus watched and rewatched the movies coutless of times.

It is awesome, like AWESOME., like TOO AWESOME.

Currently reading HP5, borrowed from Zek.

Posts coming up:
1. Review of Harry Potter book and movie characters
2. Mistakes found in books and movies
3. My preferred cinema and timing

Oh, and maybe my opinions on each sec four. Plus ex-secfours too. :)

Way too cool

Those stomach fats are growing

Monday :KFC
Tuesday :Shilin Chicken Chop
Wednesday :MacDonalds
Thursday :KFC

Insert a couple packets of potato chips in between. What do you get, a fat body.
Insert attempt at exercising but giving up in between. What do you get, an unhealthy body.

I need to be skinnier and more healthy. Lets work towards that goal!

They call us crazy, but what do they know?

Steps to be insane:
1) Go to KFC on the 4th day of ICT after eating 3 straight days of fried food. XD
2) Decide to walk back to school after meal.
3) Actually walk back.
4) Decided to visit OUR butterfly garden behind J block.
5) Find that the plants are wilted.
6) Find a container to use to carry water to the plants.
7) Use a RANDOM cone on the track as a container.
8) Fill it with water from water cooler.
9) Find that there is a hole in the cone while filling it with water.
10) Use our hand to catch water from the hole.
11) Bring the water from our hand to the plants
12) Water the plants under the hot sun.
13) Realise that it is funny to water plants under the hot sun when we are suppose to have lesson.
13) Laugh crazily.
14) Head off to library although we are late for ICT ~WHO CARES!~

Be insane. What do you get if you are sane?

Bits and pieces

Ok, so I don't know why the pictures I copyandspasted here last night can't be seen. Anyways, I have deleted the posts so at least my blog doesn't get messed up.

The thing at scape was quite boring. Main exciting part was the video and LCP Shan Shan going up the stage. Yeah, at least I got to escape ICT and could go home earlier than if I had been at ICT. Long story, but me and Zek just decided to 'pon' together. Haha.

Went to watch Kung Fu Panda 2 with family just now. Quite nice lah, very amusing and touching at the same time. Love Po with his big round belly that makes the 'boingggg' sound. :DDD

Tomorrow is the last day of ICT, so my holidays can finally start on Friday. Looking forward to the slacking.
